I stopped in at this little tucked away grocery store cafe as the first real place I ate at driving through Utah for the first time. Honestly, I was taken aback by how knowledgeable and friendly the staff were. Every single food related question I threw at them was met with a confident answer. One of the line cooks there, I think he said his name was also Devin, was super friendly and plated up one of the best omelets I've ever feasted my eyes on. The thing was perfectly shaped, didn't have any brown spots on it, was full of just the right amount of toppings for a 3 egg omelet, and had a sweet little garnish of some kind of micro green or other. The raw cheddar they use is divine btw, in case you've never had raw cheese. I also ordered a banana nut smoothie with the raw milk which is, evidently, sourced from their local farm. Absolutely delicious! With those two menu items combined I was feeling fat, happy, and ready to hit the road for the next 6 hours! 10/10 highly recommend, and if I am ever combing through northern Utah again I will 1000% make it a point to stop in here for another meal!

The cafe is insane! Literally the best omelet I’ve had in my life! It was a veggie omelet and I’m a meat guy. It just melts in your mouth. Truly incredible and the chili lime breakfast bowl also slaps.

The burger was completely tasteless. Bun was a chalky cardboard, and the meat equally chalkboard texture. Really disappointing for a $15 burger

Had the best omelet I’ve ever had in my life here, no joke. I got the Garden Omelet with raw cheddar and no added meat and BOY was it absolutely delicious! It’s a good size too so I was full afterward. The head chef is super friendly and very personable. I’m excited to come back and try more menu items!

Waited 40 minutes only to find out our order was given to the wrong table. They were then out of quinoa and offered a refund to my wife, not helpful after that long of a wait. The spicy avocado burger came out with a completely rotten avocado, tasted like mold. Definitely going to cubby's next time.
